An integral part of the operations at Brew Creek since early 2001, David’s extensive expertise in construction has lead him to spearhead the ongoing upgrades to the property, including an overhaul on the lodge’s commercial kitchen & other structural improvements to the various lodgings. As general contractor for the 11 new accommodation units and future learning space, David’s eye for sustainable ways to manage building projects has given Brew Creek’s green rating a fabulous boost!
Our recently installed water filtration and well fire lines were just another one of Dave extensive contributions to the structural integrity of the lodge, & if you’re lucky, you might be one of the many to enjoy his legendary blueberry pancakes on some Sunday morning in his favorite place to create - the kitchen!! His nurturing ways and incredibly diverse skill set is invaluable to everyone taking part in the Brew Creek community. |
