BREW HOUSE LOST...

... the lights are pulsing on & off - the power is starting to surge… Intense crackling sounds like sticks breaking interrupt the slow, lazy peacefulness of the day. White smoke rises into the air, seeming entirely out of place as the realization dawns –

Brew House is burning...

Smoke is used in cleansing rituals in most parts of the world to energetically clear spaces, to purify & protect.

.. an eerie stillness fills the air now & billowing smoke turns to flame, broken only by the intense shattering of a once picture perfect, stained glass window. The murmured history surrounding the original Brew House at Brew Creek Lodge are with us – fond memories of joyful family gatherings, long-reaching legacies of each & every individual who has ever crossed this most distinctive buildings threshold. The unique architecture of the structure slowly gives way - the painstaking inlays, the hand-carved details, it’s finely arched windows, the private writers loft, the rumored tunnels & their secret uses – they are all telling their final tales.

In alchemy, fire is considered to be the primary agent of change;
Through purification, the incubating presence of fire facilitates initiation, transformation & rebirth.

With the loss of Brew House at the back of our 12 lushly wooded acres, Brew Creek Lodge has entered an exciting new season of change. We welcome the Winter & springs promising season with the fresh eyes & renewed energy we have found in re-examining the way we do business. We invite you to come & experience the property, explore the potential, as our natural evolution continues…
